I think that if Kerry does that circus act of not accepting the democratic party's nomination at the DNC, then Kucinich should automatically be the democratic candidate by default. Kind of like how Amber Atkins won State.
Let's not forget there's still another man in the race! And he's vegan! He wouldn't touch the shellfish!
