Pins and needles.
Tomorrow, I'm going to see Henry, a acupuncturist/nutritionist/chinese herbalist. It was kind of a reference through a friend, my aesthetician, through another client. I did a little research, and sometimes they use NEEDLES IN YOUR EARS. The fancy, less frightening term for this is "auricular acupuncture."
Anyway, I'm going to give it a stab.
I'm pretty much on board with both the modern and ancient justifications for acupuncture, but I mostly just can't wait to meet Henry, who the referrer called "her therapist." I'm hoping he'll become my new best friend. My new best friend WITH NEEDLES.
